Assign Employee Classifications

Before a certified payroll may be submitted, employees must have the appropriate classifications assigned to their profile.  This can be performed via the Assign Employee Classification functionality within Manage Employees.


Below are a list of components associated with the Assign Classification screen. 



Assigning a Classification to an Employee


1.Filters section is used to find required classification;

2.Checkbox used to mark Classifications for assigning;

3.Clicking on "Assign" will assign checked classifications to Employee selected in "Select Employee"

4."Select Employee" used to choose to which Employee we would like to assign Classifications;

5.Checking this option will display which Classifications are already assigned to selected Employee. By default this option is unchecked to increase page response time;

6.Clicking on "Unassign" allows to unassign Classification from selected Employee.
