Getting PRISM Support

PRISM Support is provided to assist users with their PRISM experience.  Vendor support is provided by the cognizant jurisdiction.  This is the first place vendors should seek help for system lockouts, etc.  other support available for vendors are on line help, on line videos, and the support site.

 

There are several support options available to vendors.  The following are the types of support and how to use them:
