The Status configurations allow you to enter the phases of the concession agreements.  You may use the phases to track the agreement through its life cycle.  That is, as a concession agreement moves from one phase to another, update the statuses to reflect its current state.

Unchecking the Visible field will not show the participation category in the list.

Note: There is one status that must be defined as the concession agreement completion status.  This status is a parameter is in the CFR report.  Be sure to set the concession agreement to this status when the agreement has matured.
