Adding a Workforce report can be performed by a compliance official and a vendor. The process is nearly identical. However, the vendors have fewer options such as choosing the vendor that is reporting, of course.
Since the process involve more than three steps PRISM has a wizard that facilitates the process. The process involves the following:
1Identify which vendor is reporting
2Selecting reporting parameters
3Viewing goal-related information
4Downloading a reporting template
5Uploading the completed template
6View the upload results
7Confirming the report
Adding a Workforce Report
1From the Workforce Report listing, click the "Add Workforce Report" button
2Select the Program that the report is based on (if there is only one Program associated with the contract, this step is bypassed)
3Select the vendor that is reporting
4Select the reporting period
5Review the Workforce goals
6Download the Workforce template by clicking the "Download Utilization Report Template". An existing template for the same Program may be modified and used in lieu of the download. This allows you to just modify the hours from a previous report and upload.

7Complete the Workforce template (be sure to enable editing of the MS Excel spreadsheet)

8Upload the Workforce template
9Click "Continue to Review" to view the uploaded Workforce Report. You may also add additional report data.

10Click "Continue to Confirm" to confirm the Workforce Report

11Acknowledge the disclaimer (configured)
12Enter your full name
13Click "Submit"
