Adding a Certification

There are 3 main ways to add a certification into PRISM. You can import them in, you can add them in manually, or you can have them populated through your online certification app. In this section we will be talking about adding them in manually.

 

Step 1: Navigate to the certification module and check the big hamburger menu.

 

Step 2: Input the vendor's Tax ID into the box and select the type of certification from your configured options.

 

Step 3: If the vendor doesn't exist then PRISM will allow you to input their information. Otherwise PRISM will pre-populate the data from the Vendors module. After the profile information is confirmed you have created a new certification application.
