Insurance Manager Configuration
Policy Options
The different types of policies are configurable. These policies will appear in a drop-down list when the monitor or vendors add policies.
To configure Policy Options,
1.Visit Configure-->Vendros-->Insurance Policy Type
2.Enter the policy types that are supported by your jurisdiction (i.e., commercial auto, faultless destruction, cyber security, etc.)
3.Make visible by clicking the 'Visible' checkbox
4.Click Add
Note:
•If visible is set yo 'No' the policy will not appear in the drop-down list

Vendor Policy Upload
This configuration allows a vendor to update their insurance information via the web. Otherwise the vendor would email updated policies to the contract specialist and the specialist would update the policy.
To Allow a Vendor to Upload a Policy,
1.Visit Configure--> Vendors-->Vendor Settings
2.Check the 'Insurance Compliance; check box

Notes:
1.If check, when a vendor updates a policy, via PRISM, an email will be sent to the specialist informing them of the update.
2.When vendors administer their account, the option to edit their insurance information is made available
