The import monitor utility will import monitors into PRISM.  This import will establish user accounts for the monitors.  Note, this utility should not bes used if the jurisdiction is using SSO.  The best process to use is to perform the following:

1)Configure the group access for each type of access that is required by PRISM users (specialist, monitors, management, guest).

2)Identify the user candidates for PRISM access and determine the UserID, First name, Last Name, Email, and Group Name.

3)Enter this information into the PRISM user import template.

4)Upload the user data into PRISM.

To start the import process,

1. Navigate to "User/Groups".

2. Select the "+ Import Monitors" button .

3. Download the import template by clicking the link identified in Step 1.

4. Enter the user/monitor information into the template.  Use "Update" as the "Action" (Column B).

5. Upload the completed template by choosing your file.  Click on "Choose File" in Step 2.

6. Click "Go" in Step 3.
