PRISM Bookmarks keep you from searching through long lists of vendors, contracts, agreements, etc. for records that you work with often. By adding the record to a short list of commonly used records (Bookmarks) you can identify and start working with them quickly.
You may have as many records as you like in the book mark list. Although, if your list gets too long, it begins to defeat the purpose having bookmarks.
Note: For contracts, procurements, and concessions the bookmarks may also contain records that were assigned to you. Thus, bookmarks contains records you assigned and any records that were assigned to you.
Bookmarks appear in PRISM under the button "Mine" (below) and is typically the default list in any module. The number indicates the number of records in the list.

There are only three operations associated with bookmarks:
Adding
Removing
Listing
1.From the listing of records (Vendors, Contracts, Agreements, etc., click the Image
action icon or select "Add to Mine" from the small hamburger menu.
2.The icon will change to a Image of
. This record has been bookmarked. It will remain in the general listing of records as well.
1.From the Mine list or the general listing or records click the
Image icon.
1.From any PRISM module using this feature, click the Mine button.
Note: Sometimes the number of items in your Bookmark quick filter and the actual number in the list may differ, simply click the "Refresh" icon (located in the upper left-hand corner of your PRISM workspace and the number will be synchronized with the list count.
