Quick Filters gives you quick access to pre-determined lists. Clicking a Quick Filter will provide a new list of items pertaining to the quick filter that was selected. Quick filters are based on the module, however, some quick filters are common to all modules.
Modules with quick filters contains the explanation of the list that the quick filter will provide.

Contract Management Quick Filter
The quick filter consist of the following components:
1Quick Filter Name (i.e. Mine, New, Active, etc.)
2Icon
3Number (below the name. identifies the number of items in the list). See note below:
4Color (Black - Normal, Yellow - Warning, Red - Review Needed)
Refreshing the quick filter
Note: Sometimes after list manipulation the list count may not be updated immediately. This is especially true when bulk updates or inserts or records have occurred (such as an import or API interface). You can force a quick filter to update by clicking the refresh button
located above the dashboards.
Common Quick Filters
Some quick filters are common throughout PRISM. The following are common quick filters (used by multiple modules).
Mine - My record, either bookmarked by you or assigned to you.
New - A record introduced to PRISM within the last fifteen (15) days
Active - The record is an active record. In the case of a vendor record, the vendor is associated with an active contract. In the case of a contract, the contract is not closed.
