PRISM provides several ways to search for records. Together they all have one objective, discriminate records to a selective source that can be used to show information. Each search provides some advantages over others. The searches are available in all of the PRISM modules. The following are PRISM searches and their advantages:

Create custom searches, name the searches, and reuse named search. A search can contain conditions across fields. Search results may be exported |
The results of the searches are viewable in the standard list associated with the module the search was performed. Therefore, all of the above searches can be performed on Vendor, Contract, Payroll, or Certification data.
