Construction Types refer to the common wage determinations for classifications.  There are some others.  However, PRISM comes default with the common ones configured.  If you have additional ones or don't follow the common ones, simply remove the existing ones or add additional ones.

Note: The construction types correspond with the classifications in the wage decisions.  Be sure if you add your own that they match the wage decisions.
