Digital Signature email settings allows you to configure two emails that the vendors get when generating a new digital signature or certifying a payroll. Both of the emails have standard language but may be modified if required.

Enable Digital Signature
This setting forces the vendors to create and submit a digital signature when certifying a payroll.
Enable Email Confirmation
PRISM has a one or two step digital signature process. The first step involves the application of the digital signature. The second step is optional and involves the vendor confirming an email indicating that they have certified a payroll.
If the second step is required be sure to check the "Enable Email Confirmation" box.
New Digital Signature Email Message
This email is sent to the vendor after the successful creation of a digital signature. The supported tags may be added to your message.

Confirmation Email Message
This email is sent to a vendor if the email confirmation (above) is enabled. Otherwise the digital signature suffices for the certification of payroll. The supported tags may be added to your message.
