Configure your departments here.  Departments must be configured before divisions are configured since divisions are a subset of departments.

Optionally contracts may be assigned a department and division.  The departments will appear in a list and once a department is selected the divisions list is available.

Users may be assigned to department(s).  When assigned, the contracts with the department(s) assigned are the only departments that may be seen by the user.
