Contracts

The Contract Management Module allows you to collect, analyze, and report on contracts, their related spend, and the attainment.

Every contract or spend-related operation is initiated from the contract landing page (below).

	Dashboards
	View a selection of dashboards that provide enterprise-level compliance indicators.

Quick Filters

View pre-defined contract listings. The numbers represent the number of contracts associated with the quick filter.

Mine: contracts that are assigned to the user or have been actively bookmarked.

New: contracts that have been recently added to PRISM via the user interface, API, or imported.

Active: contracts that are between the start and end dates and are not closed.

Need Plan: contracts that are active, with a goal, and need a sub plan.

	Key Word Search
	Provides a search of contracts based on contract name, vendor names, department, or industry. By default contracts are listed by order of relevance. Simply put the search text and click "Search".

Contract Listing

A thorough listing of contracts based on the key word search or the quick filter. Filtering, sorting, and grouping are available for appropriate columns in the grid.

Note: Is there a contract that you know is in PRISM but it does not show in your contract list? Make sure your PRISM administrator has given you access to it. Can you see all departments? Perhaps the contract is in a department that you do not have access to.

	Big Hamburger Menu
	A list of module-level functions that may be performed.

Attainment Popup

This popup shows upon clicking the attainment link in the contract list. It provides a snapshot of the current attainment for the contract.

Goal|Role: The goal|role committed to by a prime for the contract

Commitment %: The commitment percentage of the prime

Commitment $: A calculation of the commitment % multiplied by the contract value

Paid FYTD: Spend associated with the goal|role fiscal year to date

Attainment FYTD Contract Value: Attainment based on the contract value

Attainment FYTD: Prime Payments: Attainment based on the payments to the primes

Paid Total: Prime spend for the life of the contract (to date)

Attainment Total: Attainment based on total prime spend

Prime Spend Popup

The Prime Spend popup shows the spend associated with the primes assigned to the contract.

	Sub Spend Popup
	The Sub spend popup shows the spend associated with the subs assigned to the contract.

Small Menu

This menu is presented at the end of every contract. It provides contract-level actions based on your security settings.
