Special Demographics are targeted items that may be tracked as part of the hours, personnel in the workforce policy.  Workforce already tracks the hours, personnel, job category, labor craft, gender, trade level, and ethnicity.  But what if you want to also track veteran status, age, year in school highest education received and associate it with the hours or the personnel reported.  PRISM provides the capability. 

These are called Special Demographic.

First you must configure the Special Demographics then when configuring the policy, add the Special Demographics to the report collection.

To Configure Special Demographics

1From the Special Demographic Configuration, locate the last row of the list

2Enter a new Special Demographic

3Click the "Add" link
