Insurance Compliance
The purpose of the PRISM Insurance Manager is to:
1.Collect and manage various forms of vendor's insurance policy information and
2.Alert the contract specialist and contractor of pending insurance expiration

About the Insurance Manager
The Insurance Manager allows a jurisdiction to manage up to two insurance policies for a vendor. PRISM will collect and manage the insurance information for a vendor. that is, collect, save, update, view policy information. No alerts may be set for insurance expiration activity. This is part of the standard PRISM subscription.
With the Insurance Manager additional subscription fee a specialist can:
1.Manage up to twenty policies
2.Set alerts for policy expiration
3.Send notices to the vendor and specialist for expiring policies
4.Allow vendors to upload new policy information
Regardless of the instance of the Insurance Manager, configuration is required. Configuration is done in the Vendor Management configuration.
