Expiration Warnings:

The subscription expiration notification will notify you at 60, 30, 15, 7,3 and 1 day before your subscription anniversary if the yearly subscription fee has not been paid.  These notification are just a friendly reminder that the yearly subscription fee is approaching.

Suspension Notification

At thirty days beyond the PRISM usage anniversary,  if the yearly subscription fee has not been paid, PRISM will suspend usage. 

1.Users will still be able to log into PRISM , however, all PRISM menu options (left-hand menu) will be removed.

2.PRISM will display a message upon login indicating the suspension.  the notification reads, "The PRISM subscription has been temporarily interrupted.  Please contact your client services representative.
