Jurisdictions retains ownership of data they load into PRISM.

However, when it comes to vendor data that is shared among multiple clients, due to some clients loading the same vendors, it is important to understand that this vendor data is collectively owned by all clients who have loaded that particular vendor information.

We want to assure you that the security and privacy of all data within PRISM are of utmost importance to us. Rest assured that we maintain strict confidentiality and data protection protocols to safeguard your information and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

At any time jurisdictions have the right to their data and may download all of their data by exporting the data from PRISM.

Upon contract sunset it is the jurisdiction's responsibility to export their data.  PRISM professionals are not responsible for exporting data.

Within seventy-two (72) hours of contract sunset jurisdictional data will be removed from PRISM.
