Exporting Your Data

At any time a jurisdiction can download all of their data.  Simply run the export reports and PRISM will load all the data into various spreadsheet. (based on the type of data).  PRISM professionals will not download data for jurisdictions.  This is an exercise for the jurisdiction.

To Export Data,

From the left-hand menu,

1.Select Reports-->Export Data (from the Quick Filters)

Don't see the Export Data Quick Filter?

If you do not see the Export Data Quick Filter then you don't have the appropriate Security Actions.  Ask your PRISM administrator to provide the "Export Data" security action.
