This feature allows the monitor to copy the winning bidder's subcontractor utilization plan to the resulting contract.  This has many benefits:

1.The sub plan does not need to be re-entered

2.The accuracy of the sub plan stays intact

This feature can be invoked from the bidder evaluation screen.

To Push the Sub Plan to a Contract,

1.Identify the target procurement and select "Evaluate/Review Bid"

2.Select the sub plan of the winning bidder

3.From the Sub Plan panel, click the "Push Plan to Contract" button

Note: The contract that the sub plan is pushed to must exist in PRISM already.  Moreover, the contract number must be associated with the procurement profile information.
