The Contract Information tab contain general information about the profile of a contract.  This is where a contract is created via the user interface.  This tab has four sections:

2.Contract Details

3.Contract Location

4.Send Correspondence

The navigation button, located at the bottom of the screen, changes depending on the mode of viewing.  Add mode will present the navigation in a wizard format.  The user must visit each tab in order.  In update mode, the user can visit any tab at any time.
