This configuration affects the drop down list associated with the business activity of a vendor's business. 

Deleting a business activity that is assigned to a vendor is not possible if any data is associated with the business activity. Unchecking the visible box will prohibit the business structure from being shown in any PRISM list.  It is available for importing.

Note: It is important that this configuration reflects the business activity of imported data.
