This configuration affects the drop down list associated with the legal entity of a vendor's business. 

Deleting a business structure that is assigned to a vendor is not possible if there are any data associated with it. Unchecking the visible box will prohibit the business structure from being shown in any PRISM list.  It is available for importing.

Note: It is important that this configuration reflects the business structures of imported data.
