Affidavits are throughout labor management and certified payroll.   These affidavits require the vendor to agree with or take exception to certain exemptions.  In all cases the affidavits can be configured in one place and when appropriate will be presented to the vendor for affirmation.  There are three affidavits:

Statement of Compliance

The Statement of Compliance is presented to the vendor when they are certifying a payroll.  The default Statement of Compliance will satisfy most jurisdictions legal requirements.  However, if this statement needs to be modified, it can by simply modifying the text in the area below the Statement of Compliance header.

Use the Supported Tags to add specific payroll or vendor information to the statement.  The actual information will show during runtime.

Non-Performance Affidavit

This affidavit is submitted by an active vendor when there is no certified payroll to report.  Essentially the vendor is reporting that they have nothing to report.  This option is presented when the vendor is starting to report a payroll.  By clicking on the Non-Certified Payroll button, the vendor is presented with the affidavit.

The default Statement will satisfy most jurisdictions legal requirements.  However, if this statement needs to be modified, it can by simply modifying the text in the area below the affidavit header.

Affidavit Exemptions

These exemptions allow allow a vendor to take exception to some of the requirements for the certified payroll.  The exemptions are noted in PRISM and associated with the payroll.  The vendor, at the time of certifying the payroll, simply affirms the exceptions.  The configuration of the exception occurs here.

The default exemptions will satisfy most jurisdictions legal requirements.  However, if this exemptions needs to be modified, it can done by simply modifying the specific exemption.
