Assigning a Workforce Program to a Contract

Assigning the Workforce Program to a contract starts the reporting process.  Your vendors, associated with the contract, will be able to:

 

1See the Workforce option as part of their menu

2See the contract so workforce may be reported

3Report workforce per the policy you configured

 

Assigning the program to contract is performed from the contract info tab, Contract Details section.  Simply, identify the contract as having workforce requirements, select the program(s) that are applicable to the contract, and click save.

1From the Contract List, identify the target contract

2Click the Contract Name link to show the contract information

3Click the "Contract Info" tab

4From the Contract Details section, click the L.A.W. Requirements list

5Select "Workforce Management"

6From the Program Types list, Affirm the appropriate programs
