PRISM will export specific PRISM data to a MS Excel spreadsheet.  Export data is available in the Administration Reports Quick Filter

Note: PRISM only exports data between the hours of 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM EST.

To Export Data

1Identify the target data

2Click the Report Name link

3Click Run Report

PRISM will export the data and present a save dialog requesting permission and location to save the file.
