Reports and Exports

Dashboard

The dashboards represent the percentage of records with important report fields populated.  Hence, if the dashboard is indicating there is a low percentage of records without gender assigned then it would not be a good idea to view a report based on gender.

Quick Filters

Mine - A list of your frequently run reports or reports that you are interested in.   Reports are placed in this list by selecting "Add to Mine" from the small hamburger menu in the report listing.  You may remove reports from the listing by selecting "Remove from Mine" from the small hamburger menu listing.

Custom - A list of reports that were created especially for your jurisdiction.

General - All of the reports

Exports - A list of PRISM data that may be exported to MS Excel

Key Word Search

Search for reports by their report name, description, report category, report type, or comments.  Simply put the word (i.e. "Spend") in the search bar and click Search.

Report Listing

A list of reports and exports, based on the quick filter.  The list has the following columns:

Report Name

Report Description - Default report description

Report Category - The level of the report Executive, or Federal, or Management, or Working

Report Type - The module the report is most likely associated

Comments - Your jurisdiction comments about the report.  Populate this field by using the "Comments" option from the small Hamburger menu -  For example, place how often the report should be ran or clarification of the report parameters.
