Your PRISM administrator should have established credentials for you.  PRISM will force you to change these credentials during your initial login.  If you have SSO capabilities login using SSO.

To Log into PRISM,

1.Navigate to the PRISM Portal (https://pro.prismcompliance.com)

2.Type your user name in the User ID text box,

3.Type your password in the Password text box

4.Click the ‘go!’ button 

Note: if you have three (3) unsuccessful login attempts your account will be suspended for 1 minute.  Continuing unsuccessful login attempts will lock your account from use.  It is best to seek password assistance after two (2) unsuccessful logins.
