Contracts that will have performance evaluated will require an evaluation policy assigned to the contract.  This is simple because the policies have already been configured.  The Contracts Performance tab provides the means to assign a policy to a contract.

To Assign  Policy

From the Contract Performance tab - Policy Assignment section, select the Policy from the list

1.Click the Assign Policy button (it will toggle to Deassign policy)

2.Click the Send Initial Notice  button.  You may elect to send the notices later if it is more appropriate.

3.If known, set the Lock Date.  No evaluation will be permitted after this date.
