The Performance Score Card (PSC) is a PRISM-native vendor evaluation capability that facilitates vendor performance evaluation across any number of evaluation metrics.  Evaluations may be performed across the enterprise (by different evaluators) for hundreds of contracts.  PRISM will disseminate the evaluations, collect and score the evaluations, and assign a grade to the evaluations.  Evaluations may be selected a la carte or created on-the-fly.

The PSC evaluates more than compliance.  It can evaluate a vendor's:

1.Back-office performance

2.Program Management

3.Product Delivery

4.Staff Augmentation

5....and much more

Evaluations may be performed during the course of the contract or at the end of the contract.  PRISM manages the delivery of the evaluations based on a policy established by the jurisdiction.

Note: Make sure your jurisdiction has the capability.  It is not a standard capability.

Using the PSC is simple:

1.Configure your evaluation criteria and notifications to evaluators

2.Create an evaluation policy

3.Assign the policy to a contract

4.Start the evaluation
