Payroll forensics allows the jurisdiction to find patterns in payrolls that may identify improper entry of payrolls such as:

1.Including the same employee on payrolls for conflicting contracts, time frames, or even employers

2.Decertification and recertification of payrolls

There are two tools that will facilitate this level of payroll investigations.

The Employee Search Tool will identify employees across payrolls, employers and contracts then present the payrolls for review.

The Decertification Payroll Log Tool

The Decertification Payroll Log Tool will present payrolls that have been certified for review.  Payrolls that have also been re-certified will be highlighted.
