Certification

Quick Filters

View pre-defined certification listings.  The numbers represent the number of certifications associated with the quick filter. To see the numbers update in real time you must click the refresh button in the app.

Mine: populates the grid with applications the user has bookmarked.

Draft: indicates the applicant is still in the process of entering their application.

Submitted: displays applications that have been submitted.

Processing: displays submitted applications that have been accepted to be reviewed by specialist. Workflow starts here.

Processed: displays applications that have completed the workflow process.

Certified: displays applications that have been approved for certification by your jurisdiction.

Expiring: displays applications from Certified quick filter that have not been accessed in x number of calendar days (configurable).

Declined: displays applications that have been declined for certification.

Abandoned: displays applications from Draft that have not been accessed in x number of calendar days (configurable).

Key Word Search

Provides a search of certifications based on certification name, vendor names, department, or industry.  By default certifications are listed by order of relevance.  Simply put the search text and click "Search".

Certification Listing

A thorough listing of certifications based on the key word search or the quick filter.  Filtering, sorting, and grouping are available for appropriate columns in the grid. 

Big Hamburger Menu

A list of module-level functions that may be performed.

Small Hamburger Menu

This menu is presented at the end of every certification in the grid.  It provides certification-level actions based on your security settings.
