Portal Overview

After successfully logging in, the user is presented with a menu of options. The options are based on the security actions that were established for your user account. Each PRISM module has a different set of dashboards and data listing. The example below is seen after clicking "Vendors".

The image below itemizes the key components for the typical module. The module depicted is the Vendor Management module.

	PRISM Module Menu
	The modules listed are based on your jurisdiction's subscription and the security actions assigned to your user account. If a module is not is listed, then the account does not have the security actions to use the module.

	News and Events
	News and Events are accessible for all users. When new items are added, a "new" icon will blink. Click the "+" icon to expand the list.

	Your jurisdiction header
	Your customized jurisdictional header.

	Working Area
	PRISM data, charts, sub menus, and reports are shown in this area.

	Login Information
	You account name and last login information.
