Change Orders allows the organization to change the value of a contract.  When calculated contract value, PRISM considers the award amount plus the sum of the change orders:

CV = Award Amount + Sum (Change Orders)

However, when calculating compliance, PRISM only considers change orders where compliance is required (cr).  This is referred to as CVcr.

CVcr = Award Amount + Sum (Change Order) where compliance is required (cr)

When adding or modifying a change order be sure to identify if compliance is required for the change order.  That is, is the prime responsible for attainment on the change order amount?  Simply affirm the "Compliance Required" box in the CO listing.
