This workflow will be deprecated on 12/31/2020. The new Workflow (New) should be used instead.
The workflow tab tracks the status of the contract. The statuses are configured in PRISM and as a contract completes a phase of your workflow, the status may be changed to reflect it. There are two sections: The List of Phases Section and the Add/Update Section. The List of Phases section shows the phases that are current or have been completed. The Add/Update Section adds a new phase to the contract. This tab is not part of the contract entry process but is part of the contract review and update process.
The navigation button, located at the bottom of the screen changes depending on the mode of viewing. Add mode will present the navigation in a wizard format. The user must visit each tab in order. In update mode, the user can visit any tab at any time.
