Contract Settings changes how PRISM collects and presents information. there are a variety of settings that changes how PRISM calculates spend to if a prime can modify the sub plan. As new features are added there are by default turned off. Visit the PRISM settings to turn them on.
The table below discusses the settings and how they affect your jurisdiction.

Allow Individual Prime Contractor Award Amounts |
If adding multiple primes to a contract, this setting allows each prime to have a different award amount |

Allow Master Agreements |
Turns on the capability to have Master Service Agreements (MSAs). When turned on, Contracts are perceived as Task Orders (TOs) and TOs are associated with the MA. Moreover, the values of the MA is the sum of the TOs associated with th MA. |

Only count Acknowledged spend towards the goal |
When calculating sub spend, only payments that have been acknowledged by the sub will be counted towards the goal. |
|
Allow Primes to Create/Modify Sub Plan |
Primes are allowed to initiate a workflow that will create or modify the sub plan associated with a contract. The jurisdiction has the final determination of whether the created or modified sub plan is accepted. |
