Evaluation Submission

This notification is sent whenever a bid evaluation has been submitted to procurement stakeholders.

Bid Evaluation Form

This notification contains the format of the individual bid evaluations.  Where the notification above is the email indicating the the evaluation process is complete, this configuration formats the evaluation that is sent (PDF attachment) with each evaluated bid.

Each bidder will have a separate PDF page in the format above.

Goal Submission

This notification is sent to procurement at the conclusion of Goal Setting.  It identifies the preferred goal as the recommended goal for the procurement.

Ready, Willing, and Able Email to Vendors

PRISM provides a default RWA email.  You may change this email by selecting 'Ready, Willing, and Able Message' from the drop down list

1.Provide your email subject

2.Provide your email body

3.Use the email tags in your subject and/or body.  Highlight a tag and drag it to the subject or body of the email.

4.Click 'Save'
