PRISM allows you to supply industry availability instead of using the PRISM inventory of certified vendors.
Provide User-Defined Availability List
Its really simple. There are only three steps:
1.Download your current availability list. The format is an Excel spreadsheet. Be sure not to change the spreadsheet columns, headers, etc. If you have a list already, the spreadsheet will provide the list back to you. If this is your first time, the spreadsheet will be empty (except for column headings)
2.Add your availability to the spreadsheet. Start at row 9
3.Upload the completed spreadsheet by selecting 'Choose File'
4.Click 'Go' to Upload
Note: The previous UDA list will be overwritten with the new one. Be sure not to remove any availability you wish to maintain.
The following are the columns in the UDA list template:

A. Industry Code - code associated with the industry used for goods and services. Different code sets may be used. However, they must be configured in PRISM for use.
B. Industry Code Type - Industry Code Set as it is configured in PRISM (i.e. NAICS, SIC, UNSPSC, NIGP, etc.)
C. Availability (%) - in the form (NN or NN.nn)
D. Goal Type - The goal type to consider the industry code
E. Minimum for Availability - The minimum number of certified vendors that must be found in PRISM in order for the Availability % to be considered in the goal setting calculations. Otherwise the availability is determined to be 0% essentially forcing the goal to 0%.
