The PRISM Advanced Search provides more latitude for performing ad-hoc searches. It allows a user to combine more conditions and field selection into a search. Furthermore, a user can send the results to the Correspondence Center, printer, and even save the search for later use. It is the most powerful of the searches.
The Advanced Search has Common Queries that can be quickly modified to search the PRISM database or you can create your own queries and name them.
The Advance Search is available in Vendor, Contract, Labor, and Certification Management.
To perform an advanced search, do the following (Create new Query):
Lets build a query called 'My First Query' that will return vendors whose gender is Female and industry is Information Technology or Construction.
