The Workforce Program allows you to establish goals. Goals are based on the program and policy that were configured and since the program may include special demographics and is based on hours or resources, the goals option will reflect this.
Workforce Goal Setting
In this example (below) the New Hire program is collecting:
1.Staff Actuals
2.Established goals for Hours and People
3.Have Special Demographics for counting 'New Hires' (not to be confused with the program name)

New Hires (Special Demographic) Goal |

New Hires is a Special Demographic that the policy is collecting. Other Special Demographics are available in the drop down list. |

Per Policy Goal of Hours and People |
|
|
Since the policy is configured to establish goals for Hours and People Number. The goal can be entered accordingly. |
