Adding an AAP Application

Adding an AAP Application very similar to adding a vendor.  It starts with the vendor profile information then goes into collecting the actual EEO-1 data.  To make things easier, you can lookup a vendor that is already in PRISM and if found PRISM will pre-populate the profile information.

 

To Add an AAP Application

 

1From the PRISM left-hand-menu, click "EEO/AA Management"

2From the EEO/AA menu, click "Add  an Application"

3Enter the applicant tax id and click the green check mark  (this search for the vendor and pre-populates the profile information, if found

 

 

4Click "Save Profile"

5Click "Continue to Enter EEO1 Data"

6Select the EEO-1 Reporting Year from the list of reporting years

7Enter the EEO-1 data from the vendor's application
