Analyzing the Workforce is the process of comparing the vendor's reported workforce to the US Census data for their location. PRISM Professionals maintain the US Census data and performs the analysis.
Analyzing the Workforce
1From the Workforce Contract List, click the vendor name link of the targeted vendor
2Select the Analyze Workforce tab
3Select the same year of the report that was just entered. Information is compared with US Census data in PRISM.

Note: Based on the US Census data in the PRISM database, Minority Employees are underutilized (column 6) in three of the four job categories and one out of four for Female Employees (last column).
