The PRISM Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Module allows you to manage the EEO plan of vendors, compare their staff make up against US census data for their location, and generate reports. The look and feel of this module resembles the certification module partially because the EEO process is similar to a certification process.
The menu options are PRISM standard menu options and operate the same as other menu options.
For example, "All Applicants" will give you a list of all EEO/AAP applicants. That is, all of the vendors that are submitting EEO forms. "My Applicants" has all of the book-marked applicants. "Add an Application" allows you to add a new applicant. "Search Applications" provides a Simple and Advanced Search of Applicants. "Application Correspondence" allows you to correspond with applicants via the PRISM Correspondence Center. "Applicant Reports" has all of the reports from the PRISM Ray Report Center.

The standard workflow for EEO/AAP is as follows:
1.The vendor sends their EEO forms directly to the jurisdiction
2.The jurisdiction reviews the plan that was submitted by the vendor and completes the EEO1 form (in PRISM) using the EEO1 tab.
3.The jurisdiction compares the EEO1 data with US census data for that area using the Comparison tab.
4.The jurisdiction Issues an approval or denial on the EEO/AA certification tab (AAP certificate type).
5.Notify the vendor via the Correspondence Center of the jurisdiction decision.
