The Master Agreement Rolldown provides a great way to pre-populate MA task orders with primes, sub, and goals information.  Thusly, as TOs are created, they can inherit the primes, subs, and goals of the MA.  To accomplish this PRISM provides a Rolldown template when creating a MA; add primes, subs, and goals, to the template as needed.  When a TO is added, PRISM will ask the user if the TO should inherit the prime, subs, or goals from the associated MA.  If confirmed, PRISM will automatically add the primes, subs and/or goals from the MA Rolldown template.  This is a great time saver and ensures that the TOs all have the same contract information.

The Rolldown template consist of three sections:

Prime(s) - This is where you can add the prime you want assigned to every TO.  Want a different Prime on some TOs?  Don't worry because PRISM prompts you before adding the template prime to the TO

Sub(s) - This is where you can add the sub plan you assigned to every TO. Want a different sub plan on some TOs?  Don't worry because PRISM prompts you before adding the template sub plan to the TO

Goal(s) - This is where you can add the goals you assigned to every TO. Want a different goals on some TOs?  Don't worry because PRISM prompts you before adding the template goals to the TO

Note:  The Primes, Subs, and Goals sections of the MA Rolldown resemble the Primes, Subs, and Goals tabs for contracts.

Adding a Master Agreement Rolldown Template

1.After adding a Master Agreement, click the 'Rolldown Template' tab

2.Complete the desired sections (Primes, Subs, Goals) saving each section separately

Inheriting the MA Rolldown Template into a Contract

1.Follow the instructions for adding a contract

2.While adding the contract, associated the contract with an MA that has a Rolldown Template

3.Save the contract

4.Select the Primes or Subs or Goals section to add to the contract

Note: 

1.The Primes, Subs, and/or Goals added to the template will not retroactively appear in TOs.  New TOs have the opportunity to inherit from an existing template.

2.The option to include the Primes, Subs, and/or Goals from the Template occurs when the TO/Contract is being created in PRISM
