PRISM can allow the prime to modify a sub plan. You must have this feature turned on, via the configuration. Otherwise, on the jurisdiction can modify the sub plan. However, when it is permitted, PRISM enforces a workflow that ensures:
1.The prime cannot make modifications without your approval
2.The prime can propose changes that you can review and comment on
3.No changes that the prime is suggesting modifies the official sub plan
The workflow is as follows:
1.The feature is turned on via the configuration
2.The prime elects to modify or create a sub plan associated with a contact where they are the prime
3.A copy of the current active sub plan is presented for modification. If no sub plan the prime may create one
4.The prime may save and return later for more modifications of the sub plan. The original sub plan is unaffected
5.The prime submits the sub plan for acceptance. The sub plan is locked and no further modifications may be made.
6.The jurisdiction review the requested modifications
7.The jurisdiction may accept the plan (replacing the current plan) or return the plan to the prime for more modifications
Steps 4-7 are continued until the jurisdiction has accepted a sub plan.
PRISM send notifications to the prime and jurisdiction during each step of the workflow. PRISM also provides comment areas where both the prime and jurisdiction may comment on the sub plan submission.
