The PRISM To Do list is more than a task tracker. The To DO list manages tasks associated with PRISM while providing context-sensitive access to the records associated with the task. By adding task and determining the priority of the task, PRISM will remind you when task are nearly completed, or are at risk of not being completed on time. Moreover, based on events and alerts, PRISM may add items to the To Do list that need attention. Finally, other specialists may add tasking to your To Do List. These actions may be tracked through their completion.
Commonly used To Do List operations are:
The To Do list is located at the top of the left-hand menu below My Account.
To launch the To DO list, click on the "My To DO List' link.

Choose how the tasks are displayed, in a list that is search-able, sortable and group-able. Or, on a calendar that is visibly perceptive for tasks dates. |

Filter on All tasks, Tasks that are due in ten day (imminent) or tasks that are past due ("Too Due"/Overdue) |

The To Do List Task
The To Do List is a list of tasks. Each task has its own set of fields that help you manage the tasking. Consider the task below.

The fields associated with a task are:
1.Task - The name of the task
2.Description - A brief description of the task
3.Due Date - Date the task should be completed
4.Priority - - Ranking of the task 1- 100
5.Link - Hyperlink to the module and record associated with the task.
6.Progress - A gauge which displays the percentage of work completed on the task
7.Completed - Task completion flag in the form of a toggle switch
8.Actions - Operations that can be performed on this task (Edit, Copy, Delete)
