Completing a Survey 

Once the survey has been created it is ready to use in the various PRISM modules or custom delivery locations.  Completing a survey is simple to do:

1The custom survey will appear to the vendor at the appropriate time (based on the configuration)

2Site Visit and Employee Interview surveys may be chosen from tabs in the contracts, certification, labor, and EEO modules
