Performance

The performance tab allows the jurisdiction to assign and track the progress of the evaluations.  This is simple because the policies have already been configured.  The Contracts Performance tab provides two purposes.

 

1.Displays the current evaluations and scores of the active evaluation policy for the contract

2.Allows the user to assign a policy to a contract

 

Note: This tab is not shown when a contract is being added.

 

Contracts Performance tab

Policy Assignment

Policy - The current policy assigned to the contract

Deassign - remove the policy from evaluation for the current contract

Send Initial Notice - Sends the invitation and evaluation survey to the evaluators

Lock Date - The date that no more evaluation may be completed for the contract

 

 

Policy Evaluations

The criteria of the current evaluation and their evaluation responses.

Evaluation - Criteria and Evaluator

Milestone - When the criteria was scheduled to be evaluated

Vendor Score - The evaluation score and the scale of the criteria evaluation

Last Modified - Last time the evaluation was performed

Remind Evaluator - This link will send a reminder to the evaluator to complete the evaluation

Override/Edit - Allows the user, with appropriate security actions, to complete or modify an evaluation
