The Reference Status is configurable.  This allows the reference to change based on the processing of the reference.  For example, some may not want a reference to be viewed by other officials until its authenticity has been reviewed.  Therefore, a status of "Review Complete" may be added.  Moreover, given the nature of the web, some documents may need to be reviewed to ensure they are proper and fitting for consumption before others can view them.  In this case a status of "Cleared" may be appropriate.

Configuring References

1For each module where reference may be configured, enter the appropriate status(es) from the last row of the list.

2Select the module where the Reference Center is used

3Click "Add"
