General Information

Purpose

This report compiles and formats the jurisdiction's EEO 1391 Report. This report takes some time to run due to the computational nature of the report.

Important Fields

Fund Source, workforce reports, prime contractor, and sub plan

Before running this report

1. Be sure that the configurations are complete, and the appropriate contracts have workforce and fund source assignments.

2.The subcontractors have submitted their workforce reports for the month of July (of the desired reporting period)

Note: This report is the report the jurisdiction submits to FHWA. The report the contractors submit to the jurisdiction is the 1391.

Business Rules:

1.Make sure the FHWA-1391 Workforce policy is configured and assigned to the appropriate contracts and the contractors have submitted workforce reports

2.Make sure that the fund source types, and fund sources have been configured and assigned to the appropriate contracts.

3.Have contractors submit workforce reports for the month of July.

4.This report will count contractor’s workforce that is on the contract with the appropriate fund source.
